SEE HOW THE AURORA ARE CREATED

Aurora plating uses gas discharge to ionize gas or evaporated substances under vacuum conditions. It evaporates the evaporated substances or their reactants on the workpiece under the bombardment of gas ions or evaporated substance ions. These include magnetron sputtering ion plating, reactive ion plating, hollow cathode discharge ion plating (hollow cathode evaporation method), multi-arc ion plating (cathode arc ion plating), etc. Ion plating combines glow discharge, plasma technology, and vacuum evaporation technology, which not only significantly improves the various properties of the coating, but also greatly expands the application scope of the coating technology.

It can achieve such a stunning metallic luster in soft and curved materials, which is something I have never seen before.

Characteristic

Appearance

Optical texture

Pressing the texture on the surface of the material through photolithography molds to show the gorgeous texture. Of course, you can customize your texture.

Rainbow effect

Aurora technology refracts light by coating multiple layers to create a rainbow effect. Compared with chemical sprays, it will not fade for a long time

Metal plating effect

While achieving metal plating, compared with traditional electroplating, it can pass tests such as bending and washing test.

Physical properties

Waterproof & stain resistant

Aurora coating can form a waterproof and antifouling layer on the surface of the material, which can improve the cleaning ability of mesh and materials that easily harbor dirt.

Wear resistance

The hardness of the aurora coating can reach over 3,800 HV. Can significantly improve the wear resistance of target materials

Anti UV & Durable

Aurora coating can effectively block ultraviolet rays and prevent yellowing of light-colored materials. Compared with chemical films that are prone to failure, aurora coating has a very long-lasting validity period.

Completely environmentally friendly
pollution-free coating process
